Singapore Airlines India operates passenger services from its primary hub in Singapore at Changi Airport. One of the worlds largest airlines, Singapore Airlines' primary operations are in the Southeast Asian region, with connections to the regional routes operated by its subsidiary SilkAir. Singapore Airlines offers the most flights to international destinations than any other Southeast Asian airline. The Airline is a member of the Star Alliance network of airlines, and also has codeshare agreements with SilkAir, Virgin Atlantic Airways and Malaysian Airlines.
Singapore Airlines were the first airline to operate the A380, flying the aircraft between Sydney and Singapore. The airline now flies the A380 to other destinations including Tokyo and London, and will increase the frequency of its flights to London to twice daily from September 2008. From Australia, it's most popular routes include services to Europe through Asia.
